Leading the Way in Trauma Resolution Training
Since 2016, our founders have specialized in Trauma, Attachment, and Belonging across families, schools, organizations, and communities throughout Australia.
About Restoring Resilience
The Co-Founders of Restoring Resilience, Anna Skolarikis and Phyllis Traficante, are specialists in the area of Trauma, Attachment and Belonging in Families, Schools, Organisational and Community Settings. Together they have led the way in Trauma Resolution Trainings since 2016!
Our Goal
Our goal is to support the restoration of resilience, safety, and wellbeing in individuals, families, communities, and organisations impacted by stress, trauma, and adversity.
We are committed to strengthening personal and collective capacity so people can respond to challenge with greater regulation, connection, choice, and agency — rather than overwhelm, fragmentation, or burnout.
Our Aim
Our aim is to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed education, therapeutic support, and professional training that bridges theory and lived experience, grounded in relational, somatic, and neurobiological understandings of healing.
- Support nervous system regulation and resilience across personal, relational, and organisational contexts
- Prevent siloed and fragmented responses to trauma by fostering collaboration and shared language
- Build confidence and capacity in practitioners, educators, leaders, and caregivers working in complex environments
- Create learning and healing spaces that are ethical, culturally responsive, and relationally held
Our Mission
Our mission is to create the conditions for healing, growth, and sustainable wellbeing by placing relationship, embodiment, and nervous system health at the centre of all that we do.
- Offer trauma-informed, somatic, and relational frameworks that support recovery from stress and trauma
- Equip professionals, organisations, and communities with practical tools that restore safety, predictability, and connection
- Honour the interconnectedness of individual, relational, cultural, and systemic experiences of trauma and healing
- Work in ways that are collaborative, ethical, respectful, and aligned with lived experience
We believe resilience is not something individuals must generate alone, but something restored and strengthened within safe, attuned, and responsive relationships and systems.
