Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations more than one month before the training commences will be fully refunded except for the non-refundable deposit $990.00. If the cancellation falls within the month prior to the training commencement date the tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exemptions/ Non-Refundable Items

Exemptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to info@restoringresilience.com.au or setrainingscoordinator@restoringresilience.com.au.
