By participating in the Training, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

• Participants are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or discussing any confidential details related to the Somatic Experiencing® International Training or the Restoring Resilience GROW program.

5. Information Sharing

• Your email address and phone number may be shared with members of the Training team for support purposes only. The Training team will not contact you for any marketing purposes.
• You are prohibited from disclosing another participant’s personal data or using it for any purpose outside of the Training, including marketing activities.

6. Commercial Boundaries

• During the Training, whether in-person or online, you agree not to promote your own or any third-party seminars, workshops, newsletters, or products. This includes the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, or other media.

7. Audio/Video Recordings

• You acknowledge that online Q&A sessions and Skill Building Experience days (excluding experiential practice groups) may be recorded for educational purposes. These recordings will only be accessible to participants in the registered Training cohort.
• Any wider distribution of recorded material requires express written consent from the participant involved.
• You agree not to make any audio, video, or other recordings of the Training or distribute any of the recorded materials shared during the Training.
• If any participant is found recording the Training without permission, they will be asked to leave immediately.
• The Company and Organiser will not be held responsible for any unauthorised recordings or their use.

8. Compliance with Laws

We comply with the Australian National Privacy Principles, particularly those concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of information under the Privacy Act 1988.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the Training after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
