Restoring Resilience delivered the Masterclass in Mental health for Supervisors, Managers and Leaders, to Family Care on June 23rd, 2022, in Shepparton, Victoria.
It was an incredible honour to support the team leaders of such a caring organisation that attends to the family needs over a very broad reach within regional Victoria. We were able to come together in person after the COVID lock downs, and consider the importance of connection, how it relates to self/ co-regulation and building cohesive and robust teams.
