Anna and Phyllis delivered the GROW your Organisation program to the leadership team at Select Smiles over days. The CEO and director of Select Smiles, John Katsaros and Nick Trevopoulos, value the health and well-being of the team and demonstrated this by introducing their leadership team to the concepts of organizational ecological systems. The team embraced the approach, and has since been modelled by John and Nick. An ecological system is complex, nuanced and primarily based in relationship.
