Participation is voluntary.
To the extent permitted by law, participants agree that Restoring Resilience, its directors, facilitators, assistants, guest presenters, partner organisations, venues, online platforms, associated personnel, and representatives are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation.

In such cases, refunds are at the discretion of the host, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
