Team Training Focus

The Restoring Resilience within Teams is designed for work colleagues and draws upon the latest research and strategies from Educational Neuroscience, understanding the impact of early childhood adversity on the body and the developing brain. The programs generate in-school, business or workplace “Resiliency Teams” that are designed to provide ongoing training and support in the creation of trauma sensitive and trauma responsive environments.

The Resiliency Teams will “turnkey” this training back to their work. All personal will gain knowledge about Childhood Adversity, learning about the brain and strategies to de-escalate difficult situations, regulate themselves and team members, all of which increases their effectiveness at work, with clients, students and colleagues.

The Resiliency teams will connect with the latest research on how the brain reacts to stress, and how stress effects student’s behaviour and their capacity to learn

NB: All programs provide PD points with ACA and PACFA
