Joyce has beautifully integrated the 2 approaches when working with generational trauma.

Part 2 is an experiential integration of Family Constellations and Somatic Practices.
Part 1 will cover the following:

- Posture of the facilitator
We will be focusing on the theory and one Constellation per week.
At the completion of this FCT training you can expect to start integrating FCT into your professional practice.
Part 1 consists of:
- 18 hours in total
- It will take place online via zoom over 6 weeks for 3 hours per sessions
- The training is scheduled for Thursdays
- June 3, 10, 17 & 24
July 1 & 8
- Hours – 8am – 11am AEST.
Total cost for Part 1: $999 per person
Part 2 is an experiential phenomenological emerging process.
We will learn how to apply the Orders of Family Constellations, as SEPs we will track the ANS to ensure the Constellation is being digested and metabolised,
ultimately supporting an embodied integration of the process.
This workshop is the result of many concerns raised regarding the speed in which Family Constellation processes are facilitated.
As SEPs we know that when something happens too quick and too fast for the nervous system, we are at risk of retraumatizing ourselves and our clients.
Part 2 dates: to be confirmed (estimating around Nov, 2021).

“Our teens seem to have modified their behaviours for a more peaceful household which is a result of our new knowledge and skills.”
“Thank you for presenting this amazing course. It is one of the best things I’ve done. Can’t thank you enough. Phyllis, you are beautiful making this such a positive experience.”
“Thank you for providing this amazing opportunity. It is one of the best things I’ve done. Cannot thank you enough.”
“I was able to de-escalate arguments with siblings, and address feelings of anger and sadness. I was more aware of my parenting style and I now spend more time discussing situations with my teens now.”
“I was pleasantly surprised with the content of the program and how impersonal yet relevant it was. Attendees were not required to contribute unless they chose to do so and it was totally up to individuals to discuss personal issues if they wished to do so. I went into the course thinking my parenting style was going to be addressed personally but this was not the case. The program was very inclusive and equipped me with the necessary tools to build better relationships with not only my teenager but also my husband. I am so pleased I was involved in the program. I learnt a lot, and have implemented a lot of ‘emotional coaching’ techniques and noticed results. ‘Emotional coaching’ really does work and I recommend that everyone gets involved, including schools and community groups.”
“Great to see that I am not the only one going through this. Great course and great handouts.”

“Dear Phyllis, there are no words to thank you. I have learnt so much, not only about myself but why behaviours occur. It has been a teary (on occasion) but very positive experience. I really love your delivery and acceptance of all of us. Thank you so very much.“
“Great presenters with clear points and targeted information”
“It was engaging and provided an open platform to speak freely from judgement. Was able to expand on my knowledge of the nervous system, window of tolerance and ways to help regulate it. Important lessons on how we connect with others in relation to boundaries“
“My teens interaction with me is much better and our bond is much stronger. I feel like we are starting to slowly understand each other.”
“I liked the way Anna and Phyllis communicated with the group, it was sincere and they really listened and provided some great suggestions to those asking questions or sharing some of their story”
“Thank you for the session. I have tried a few things, and as a result and they worked.”
“I took Phyllis’ course with my girls being 9 & 6 years old, and although its specific to teenagers, I have found it easy to implement with my kids from now. Phyllis was able to workshop and guide us on our personal communication styles, and it was great hearing other parent’s examples too. The course was very practical and a safe space to share, and I definitely had a couple of ‘aha’ moments!”
“I learnt that we are not alone with the challenges and struggles of raising teens. I learnt that I have the ability to address issues with improved skills.“
“Really enjoyed the session, excellent, engaging and captivating content. Really well presented and fun. Thank you”
“I have recommended the program to many people, I feel everyone can get something from it.”
“I recommend the course as everyone can get some benefit from it.”
“I have gained so much insight and skills from the Tuning into Teens Course. It has given me a greater understanding into how teenagers think and communicate as well as how to parent and communicate more mindfully so as to foster strong relationships where my children can feel heard and free to express and explore their own emotions. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to do this course sooner. Phyllis is a caring and gifted presenter who has a genuine concern for those she coaches. I have learnt so much from her.”
“Attendees were not required to contribute unless they chose to do so and it was totally up to individuals to discuss personal issues if they wished to do so.”
“Thank you for an amazing workshop”

“The more I tried the interventions, the better I got at it.”
“Learnt about how teens process problems and events. How to deal with teen emotions and behavior and how to recognize this.”
“The weekly exercises were terrific to do with my teens each week. It really helped us create a connection.”
“Thank you, the program was presented in such a friendly, warm, safe and educating environment. Everyone managed to keep engaged, it was awesome.”
