Expert International Family Constellation Trainer from Montreal Personalise Training in a Class of 20 Students Maximum

Become a Family Constellations practitioner. Learn the art and practice of making a real difference in the lives of the people who seek your help. This is a complete systemic therapeutic training that spans over a 9 day total incorporating a 2 day intro followed by a 7-day intensive.

The Fundamental Principles of Systemic Constellation Practitioner Training

Learn from the highly experienced Family Constellations trainer and Somatic Experience course convener and training assistant from Montreal, Claire Khudai Dagenais. Claire has developed a unique family constellation model in that it incorporates principles of the trauma resolution model, Somatic Experience.

This introductory module focuses on the foundations of Family Constellation and allows participants to learn about the essential orders and spirit of this approach. The founding principles will be introduced, though this course which are not limited to the presentation of a set of concepts. Participants will learn to trust their felt sense and take into account several factors such as: the place of each member of the family, the order that prevails in each family system, the rules of clan membership, respect for ancestors, respect of destiny and the courage to live one’s own. Through explanations and practical exercises, participants further their own inner processes. Based on observation skills, listening, respect, non-judgement and empathy, this work leads to a deep understanding of family systems and their effects on people’s lives.

“Systemic constellations are both precise and encompassing; they invite change quickly and unfold over a long time. Bert Hellinger, the provocative founder of the work, has assembled thinking from the realms of philosophy, psychology, sociology, and art to try to understand where things fall apart — and how they can come back together no matter the amount of damage that has been done.” Suzi Tucker

Curriculum

A Systemic Approach to Grief and Loss

Explore what it means when a whole (family) system experiences repetitive losses. Sometimes, despite ourselves, we ‘inherit’, from unfinished mourning, from undigested traumas, from ‘secrets’ transmitted by our parents and ancestors. We will take a benevolent look at them so we can free ourselves from them.

A Systemic Approach to Relationships

Learn about how we find ourselves repeating familiar patterns in relationships, despite our best efforts to change them. We might attack, withdraw, leave or be left, only to find the pattern re-emerging with our next partner. When we can gain insight into the forces that influence relationships (silent sabotage, hidden family loyalties, invisible identification) we can open new ways of being with ourselves and with others.

A Systemic Approach to Illnesses

Learn to recognize the effects of entanglements and trauma in the present and the previous generations which can influence our health and those of our clients. We’ll learn how to look into family dynamics that contribute to the development of discomfort, so we can work to support our clients towards more well-being.

A Systemic Approach to Money and Abundance

Find out how we can come into better relationship with one of life’s great taboos (money) and how a different relationship with money can emerge in which life, work and money flow with more ease.

Testimonials

“Emotion coaching does work. When as a parent I took the time to emotion coach, the children were calmer. I will continue to use it and would like a follow up in about a year’s time.”

August 2018

“I would like to thank you and congratulate you on such a well-run training session yesterday. I was so immersed with the content you presented and found it so insightful and helpful. Particularly the explanation of the polyvagal chart and the practical application of the window of tolerance and suggested interventions. The support at the end to assist with the integration of our learnings in the case formulation of our clients was invaluable.”
